CENTER INT Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Hebei Zhongke to Explore a New Model of "Computing-Electricity Coordination"

Release time:2026-06-02

Against the backdrop of the National Development and Reform Commission and National Energy Administration jointly issuing the Circular on Promoting the Ordered Development of Direct Green Power Connection for Multi-Users, which prioritizes computing infrastructure for green power direct access, and "computing-electricity coordination" being written into the national Two Sessions government work report for the first time, Center International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) and Hebei Zhongke Super Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. ("Hebei Zhongke") formally signed a strategic framework cooperation agreement on May 30, 2026.

Leveraging respective technical and resource advantages in building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) and supercomputing, the two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation covering distributed PV, BIPV product and power station development, direct green power connection, digital energy management and other fields, jointly pioneering a new paradigm of computing-electricity coordination. Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER INT, the General Manager of Zhongke Supercomputing, Zhu Kui, Director of the National Object Network Identification Management Platform, and other representatives attended the signing ceremony.

Per the agreement, both sides will integrate resources by capitalizing on strengths in technology, market, talent, management and brand related to BIPV business. Drawing on its deep synergy with LONGi Green Energy to build a complete BIPV product system and project delivery capacity, CENTER INT will provide Hebei Zhongke’s data centers and computing infrastructure with integrated solutions including distributed PV, BIPV power stations and direct green power access. Hebei Zhongke will prioritize CENTER INT for PV new energy project investment and construction across all its subsidiaries under equal conditions. Based on a planned construction scale of 100MW, the project can supply approximately 120 million kWh of green power to Hebei Zhongke annually with a total investment of around RMB 450 million, injecting strong low-carbon momentum for efficient operation of computing centers.

Introduction to Hebei Zhongke

Hebei Zhongke Super Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. is a technology enterprise focusing on supercomputing, cloud computing, big data, IoT and energy storage. Its core businesses include computing infrastructure, cloud services, data processing, software and hardware R&D, IoT and energy storage technical services, covering digital economy, computing industry, new energy technology and computing-electricity coordination. It develops supercomputing centers, data services, technical R&D and industrial investment, ranking as a core player in Hebei’s computing and digital infrastructure sector.

Introduction to CENTER INT

Founded in 2001, Center International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) is the only motherboard-listed high-tech enterprise specializing in metal envelope systems. It has been certified as a national high-tech enterprise, a national MIIT "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in sophisticated and unique products, and one of Beijing’s first national "Hidden Champion" enterprises, winning multiple industry awards including the Luban Prize and Jinyu Award. Its business portfolio covers four core segments: building metal envelope systems, BIPV, integrated PV-storage-charging solutions, and ecological governance. Deeply cooperating with LONGi Green Energy to advance BIPV product systems, the company has delivered over 1,000 projects with a market share exceeding 60%. In 2025, CENTER INT expanded into integrated PV-storage-charging solutions, relying on the collaborative ecosystem of "CENTER INT + LONGi + Huawei" to consolidate its leading position in green energy buildings.

The strategic cooperation was sealed amid a critical window of concentrated policy dividends for computing-electricity coordination. The two central government circulars mandate rational planning of new energy installed capacity following the "source matching load" principle, prioritizing direct green power access for emerging industries such as computing facilities. The partnership arrives at an opportune moment: CENTER INT’s expertise in BIPV engineering and comprehensive new energy solutions perfectly matches Hebei Zhongke’s massive green power demand for supercomputing and data center operations. Take Hebei Zhongke’s over 8,000P intelligent computing center project as an example: such computing infrastructure consumes enormous electricity each year. Distributed PV and direct green power access enable partial on-site power self-supply, cutting operational costs and drastically lowering carbon emissions, creating a replicable benchmark model for the green transformation of the computing industry.

Looking ahead, the two parties will establish a regular meeting mechanism via a jointly set up strategic cooperation leading group, signing dedicated project agreements for specific initiatives to accelerate cooperation outcomes. The signing of this strategic framework agreement marks a major milestone for win-win complementary collaboration between CENTER INT and Hebei Zhongke, and serves as solid evidence of computing-electricity coordination evolving from policy advocacy to industrial practice.
