CENTER INT Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Youfa Group to Forge a New Green Energy Building Industrial Ecosystem

On June 17, Center International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) and Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. ("Youfa Group") signed a strategic cooperation agreement at CENTER INT’s Beijing headquarters. Li Maojin, Chairman of Youfa Group, Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER INT, and core representatives from both sides attended the ceremony. Aligned with the major trend of green low-carbon transformation in the construction sector and accelerated integration of new energy and building materials, the partnership offers new ideas for collaborative innovation across the industrial chain.

Per the agreement, the two parties will conduct in-depth multi-dimensional cooperation covering factory construction, centralized steel pipe procurement, deep product processing, new product R&D, resource integration, integrated supply chain services and information sharing. Drawing on its technical advantages and engineering experience in building metal envelope systems and BIPV, CENTER INT will provide construction services for production base projects of Youfa Group both domestically and overseas. Leveraging its comprehensive strengths covering steel pipe categories, brand reputation and production capacity, Youfa Group will supply high-quality products to support CENTER INT’s project construction. Both sides will also deepen collaboration in shared warehousing and logistics networks, overseas market expansion and industrial chain extension.
